1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the pktk9 platform (accessible at pktk9.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pktk9 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "pktk9").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using pktk9. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to pktk9 and participation in any game or betting activity offered on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that, at all times while using pktk9:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pktk9 enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and will verify your age during the KYC process using a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party, and the funds in your account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction, unless you have obtained explicit medical advice permitting continued participation.

pktk9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to restrict access to the platform pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full functionality of pktk9, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you are required to register a player account. By completing registration, you agree to the following conditions:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your identification document, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pktk9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pktk9 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify pktk9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pktk9 conducts mandatory KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registration page confirming the mobile number matches the one registered on pktk9).
• Proof of address, where requested (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pktk9 may result in temporary account restriction or the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pktk9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your pktk9 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. pktk9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6).

pktk9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where:

• The account has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
• A pending KYC document request has not been fulfilled.
• Suspicious activity or a potential breach of these Terms has been flagged for review by our compliance team.
• The withdrawal request appears to be inconsistent with normal player behaviour or the deposit history of the account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pktk9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed use the ৳ symbol followed by Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳5,000). pktk9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pktk9 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum bet per round or spin may be capped. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: pktk9 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, or coordinated play with other accounts.

pktk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice where possible. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pktk9 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules, which form part of these Terms. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi.
• Live casino games are managed by trained dealers operating from professionally supervised studios. All live game sessions are recorded. Game results are final once confirmed by the dealer or system.
• Cricket and sports betting odds are set by pktk9 and may be updated at any time prior to an event going live. Bets accepted at the displayed odds at the time of placement will be honoured, subject to rule 6 exceptions below.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or network interruption, pktk9 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where possible, interrupted live casino rounds will be settled based on available game data. Players will be notified of any voided bets and funds returned to their account balance.
• pktk9 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tools that interact with the platform without human input. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pktk9 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any other legal remedies available to pktk9:

• Opening, operating, or controlling more than one pktk9 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known error must be reported and will be void.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any conduct that pktk9 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider without first contacting pktk9 support to attempt resolution. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by pktk9

pktk9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where account activity is flagged as suspicious, or where required to do so by applicable law or the instructions of relevant regulatory authorities.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. pktk9 will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate a decision to the affected player within 30 days. If no breach is established, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned in full.

8.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting pktk9 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be transferred on account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

pktk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated by contacting our support team via live chat or email:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at preset intervals to help you monitor the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pktk9. Self-exclusion requests are processed within five minutes via live chat and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected. pktk9 will make every effort to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive promotional communications.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pktk9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, network interruptions, or errors not within pktk9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, including losses from account suspension or closure for cause.
• Inaccuracies in game information, odds displays, or promotional material caused by typographical or data entry errors, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

pktk9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pktk9 platform — including but not limited to the pktk9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pktk9 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pktk9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pktk9 without prior written authorisation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pktk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be published without prior notice.

Your continued use of pktk9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at pktk9.app/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
